		<description>Wow, that&#039;s a tough spot to be in.  Contracts do have some risk but if you know you&#039;re good and the company does renew contracts regularly, then it seems like the benefits may be work the risk.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;For many companies, contracts are a more meaningful and extended way of putting potential full-time employees through probation.  There&#039;s a lot of factors to consider like the availability of jobs, company stability and growth outlook, etc.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;This is just my take on it -- I&#039;m in no way an employment consultant or anything so please don&#039;t sue me if it doesn&#039;t work out :D</description>
