Did you know that 4.34576035 gigabytes – 4.33786964 gigabytes = 8.08008704 megabytes?  Neither did I till I typed that into google.  Wonderful thing that google calculator is!  Now what the hell does that mean you must be wondering.  Tough shit; that’s all I’ve got to say about that.  It’s a magical number (MN) being reduced by another magical number (AMN) leaving yet another magical number (YAMN) that means nothing to anybody but me.  So to recap MN – AMN = YAMN.  And don’t you forget it!

YAMN also = bullshit; bullshit I tell you.

Ok, you got me.  We (well, I) transferred AMN via FTP when I needed to transfer MN.  The difference seems like it should be smaller than YAMN but it’s not because we are in fact dealing with a large number in the first place (1 GB = 1024 MB; 1 MB = 1024 KB; 1 KB = 1024 B and 1 B = 1 b so 1 GB = 1,073,741,824 bytes (big ass number in bytes, BANb) and we are dealing with 4.34576035 * BANb being reduced by 4.33786964 * BANb leaving us with 1,048,576 b); now that is pretty damned interesting huh?!  I didn’t think so either but now I feel like I used my degree just a little bit (and used google a lot bit).

YAMN, bullshit.
