My team just found out that Jeff is leaving and going upstairs.  He will still be at Terminix but not as our group manager anymore.  That really kills my plans of taking his job after he left because I thought it would have been in about a year or two.  That sucks big time, I don’t know if I’m going to be able to get a manager position here now or when it would be.
